TITLE EXPLANATIONS

Clear Title= Transferable and can be registered in any state.
- Rebuilt Title= Previously a salvage title transferred to repaired status. Usually transferable in every state, but check with your local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) for more information.
- Salvage Title= Wrecked or theft recovery. This bike is not currently street legal. It must pass an inspection before it can be registered or insured. It will need to be repaired to original condition and put through an inspection by your state"s DMV. Each state has different requirements, so check with your state"s DMV for details.
- Parts Only Bill of Sale= Notarized receipt. Vehicle is to be used for parts only; it is not to be retitled ever!
- Bill of Sale= Notarized receipt for vehicles not titled by the state of Alabama. This includes ATVs, dirt bikes and personal watercraft.
- CD or Certificate of Destruction= Parts only not to be registered in any state.
